IdPv4 Upgrade Issue

I upgraded to Shibboleth IdP v4 on this past Tuesday.  One issue that I have run into with several service providers is that after authentication, the SP is  throwing an error with the following message: "Found an Attribute element with duplicated Name."



From the IdP perspective, the SAML response looks fine; it is not duplicating an attribute.  However checking the SP logs, there does appear to be an issue where the SP is somehow duplicating an attribute.  Also, these are all vendor SP’s.



Has anyone else run across this problem and is there a fix or something that I am missing?
