RHEL/CentOS 6 SP EOL

I was reminded today that RHEL/CentOS 6 is passing out of regular support on Nov 30th, so the nominal support for the SP there also ends on that date. That means no guarantee future releases will include those packages, though it's unlikely we'll intentionally break anything at this point.

However, IIRC, that release is one of the last remanining platforms without C++ 11 support, so it's conceivable there could be a future revision that commits to C++ 11 and stops building there.
