ISAPI Filter Throwing 500 Error

All,

I am not sure why this is happening, but I followed the below article on setting up the Shibboleth service behind IIS.

We are getting the error below when trying to view the status after install and config at https://localhost/Shibboleth.sso/Status.  The shib service is running successfully.  Seems like IIS is not playing nice.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

http error 500.0 - internal server error calling loadlibraryex on isapi filter c:\opt\shibboleth-sp\lib64\shibboleth\isapi_shib.dll failed
