Thank you. I will have it removed.
After you said IDP automatically sets the header, I did more testing and
confirmed that after the 15 minutes the cache did expire. Pointing to the
Apache header overriding. This was the first instance we had seen of this
header causing issues with the SP's. So I didn't think to look there.
