Shibboleth upgrade from V3.3.1 toV3.4.6

I don't understand the question. Literal answer: The same way as
before. (I'm not aware of and I certainly wouldn't expect a breaking
change between v3.3.1 and v3.4.6, if that's what you're implying.)

Why do you have a different relying-party.xml with your IDP v3.4.6
installation to begin with? Why not use the same configuration and see
whether you get the same results as with IDP v3.3.1?
