That question is overly broad, it depends on the view. But yes, it's possible when relevant to the timing of the view. The documentation on creating interceptors [1] describes where attributes resolved during normal processing live in the tree and the javadocs for all of the objects are otherwise the way you can learn how to do this sort of thing.
