We have it configured with them but it took weeks and weeks of back and forth and was a huge pain!

As Scott said, we finally found the one engineer there that knew what they were doing and could provide us with a very stripped down metadata file.  I also highly recommend what doing what Scott does and using a redirect script.

If you can get your customer number from them, ours is a 5-digit number, I would happy to send you over our metadata that we have from them and you can insert your customer number in the entityID and endpoints.

They use your unique identifier in the NameID.  That is all we are releasing to them.
