disabling SubjectLocality from shib response to handle "Could not parse SAML Response Not an IPv4 or IPv6address"

Hello Shib-Users,
When using Shibboleth IDP to work with our Application as a SP, we are
coming across a response of: " ERROR:saml:Could not parse SAML Response Not
an IPv4 or IPv6 address".
We are thinking that the SubjectLocality response is the one causing this
issue and would like to disable that.
Do you have any recommendations on how we can get this issue resolved?
