Support for X509SubjectName Name ID

Hello, we have a SP who claims they need the Name ID in this format:

urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:X509SubjectName

though it's not in their metadata. In order to support this I need to?

add bean to saml-nameid.xml
add nameIDFormatPrecedence to relying-party.xml

Then?...
