about or experiences with any of the Shibboleth listed consultants on 
the url below that you would be willing to share.

Please reply to me off-line if you don't mind.  We are looking for some 
level of assistance evaluating our IdP and thus moving it to v4.  At 
present we do not have a scope of work assembled for such an engagement.
