Shibboleth/apache/O365 Azure/Reverse Proxy

Any help is greatly appreciated. 

I am hosting in AWS a Reverse Proxy web server and a application server with
Tomcat. 
I setup Shibboleth to authenticate to O365 Azure. I am able to to
authenticate the user and redirect to the Web application login screen but I
am completely stuck at correctly allowing attributes (NameID) signin the
user at the application. I am getting a session ID and the mapped attribute
are listed as shown below. Any help is greatly appreciated.
