move to new IDP

Hey all ... I spent quite some time recently getting shib to work on an AWS EC2 instance (using the ELB certs) and finally it is working great!
However, my organization has a dev IDP and a prod IDP, and I have a need to move my web server to connect using the prod IDP.

I have sent my metadata to them and received back the metadata for the prod IDP. I have replaced that data in my shibboleth config and restarted shibd and httpd. And, now it shows that my app is not registered with my IDP.

Is there something else that I need to do to change the IDP? I am obviously not a shib expert.
