It seems so. It's the resource paths and the Require rule that are having issues, not the SP itself.

That's beyond the scope of what I can offer for free support, that's a member thing.

Time permitting, at some point, I probably will review the authz_core code and see what that error message actually seems to trigger on, but that's about all I can do.
