Shibboleth Upgrade from V3 to V4

[REDDIMALLI, ANUSHA]

Actually we were in V3.3  and stared upgrading to V3.4. Meanwhile V4 released. So trying V4. I have resolved most of the deprecated Warnings. This is the one I am facing issue.

Yes it is deprecated in V3.4. I could not find the fix for this
