No, but you can just manually run it from a browser or use a curl command to do it so you can set it to whatever you want. The command line wrappers don't have that level of configurability.

It really means you have a problem, it shouldn't take that long or it won't be viable to do that anyway, you'll risk the IdP due to the likely memory load it's hitting. It will destablize eventually.
