Question about CAS and Shibboleth v4.0.1

Hmm, so I don't seem to have CASMetadataServiceRegistry entry anywhere in my
files, but yet I'm still getting those warnings. Do I need to put in that
comment? or is it something else? Sorry for being dense.

conf % grep -R CASMetadataServiceRegistry *
