postAuthenticationFlows -- multiple conditions

We have an application -- where the IDP generates a customized message
via postAuthenticationFlows if user is not in the access group -- something
to the effect of 'Unauthorized -- contact Help Desk'.

The group membership is in a decades-old Novell which has a history of
going offline.

Help Desk has asked if we can display a separate message if Novell is down.

Something to the effect of:

*User not in the access group:* "Unauthorized -- Contact Help Desk"
*Novell down: *"Hang tight - try again in 30 mins"

Could this be achieved via postAuthenticationFlows?
