Does prior art exist for this? Or can we finally call this Scott's Law?

But then there are many contenders for that title, e.g.
"SELinux? That's always my go-to answer for 'doesn't make sense && Linux'"
or these days probably
"Their documentation is wrong. All vendor documentation is wrong."
