Yes (as you have discovered), but you might want to thin about the reload scope.  Putting this in global means that the only way to apply an update is to restart the IdP.

 

If you create a specific file and add it to those used for attribute resolution the file then gets reloaded every time you tell the attribute resolver to reload.
