PersistentIdStore Class not found error with Shibboleth v4.0.1

Hi,

I've just tried upgrading one of our Test IdPs from 3.4.6 to 4.0.1 and
it throws the following error during startup:

 Cannot find class
[net.shibboleth.idp.saml.nameid.impl.JDBCPersistentIdStore] for bean
with name 'PersistentIdStore' defined in file
[/opt/shibboleth-idp/conf/saml-nameid.xml]; nested exception is
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
net.shibboleth.idp.saml.nameid.impl.JDBCPersistentIdStore

Is this a bug or an error in my config?
The node does appear to start up and I can run aacli successfully.
