There is absolutely no possible reason for this I can imagine other than:

- you have configuration stipulating use of testshib somewhere
- something inside your protected web space after the user logs in triggers or pre-includes a SessionInitiator request to /Login with an entityID parameter of testshib

I tend to think there's a stale link on the web that's causing it that's embedding information that ends up in your web space with the right redirect and parameter attached.

Upgrading isn't going to make a difference, and Debian has the version it has, that's the version you should be using. You can get to V3 by upgrading Debian of course.
