LDAPException resultCode=49 (invalid credentials)

TBH, it is hard to find a good official tutorial to set up the whole
infrastructure for shibboleth. This is why online tutorial is the only way
to help me learn the whole work flow, but some tutorial is outdated which
many cause some issue.
