ECP MFA -- 'mfa-authn-config.xml'

We have enabled ECP -- however '
http://shibboleth.ent/ns/profiles/saml2/sso/ecp' does not seem to get to
'mfa-authn-config.xml'.

In 'mfa-authn-config.xml', under 'checkSecondFactor' added the following:
logger.info('++++++++++++ profileContext.getProfileId()  ++++++++++++++++'
+profileContext.getProfileId());

We receive output for web AuthNs: "++++++++++++
profileContext.getProfileId()  ++++++++++++++++
http://shibboleth.net/ns/profiles/saml2/sso/browser".

Nothing is outputed to logs when AuthNs via ECP.

What could be something missed we could look at?
