Configuring multiple Consumer URL with same entityID in shibboleth IDP

You can turn on SP auth request signing and just turn on the property "skipEndpointValidationWhenSigned" in the relying party overrides if the ACS endpoints are too many to enumerate into an SP metadata file.

Hello,
My requirement is I have multiple users and each user has his particular consumer URL. The entity ID for all of them is same as Service provider [Cisco Meraki] is same.
But as Service provider has multiple accounts for each user so it has multiple consumer URLs.
How do I configure this in shibboleth in SP metadatafile? Are there any other solutions to send it explicitly as param.
