Shibboleth 3.x & IIS Site ID

Hi

I have customer with two Website on IIS Server. In IIS they have Default Site with Site ID. 1

[cid:image002.png at 01D5DD0D.84AF1E00]

MPOTA.lan  & UCC.LAN are two separate site on server.
Does Shibboleth 3.x support this type of IIS site. Do they need different Site ID for each site.
