Shibboleth 3.x & Multiple Sites on IIS Server

This is for Shibboleth 3.0 Service Provider on IIS Sever. 
We want site1 pointed to IDP. We pull site 1 SP Metadata from Metadata URL https://site1.lan /Shibboleth.sso/Metadata
We want site2 pointed to IDP. We pull site 2 SP Metadata from Metadata URL https://site2.lan /Shibboleth.sso/Metadata

To do what? It works automatically provided the sites are mapped, it doesn't matter how many sites are involved.
