That's really odd but implies it's nothing terribly critical.

AttributeEncoders literally don't exist in V4, there's nothing similar about any of that code. I still can't think of why it's running the conditions at startup, but that's all the more reason to file a bug.

I would have to assume the warnings will appear if the registry service is reloaded too.
