Did you try the event viewer?  The native log goes there and IIS might have written something too

That’s weird.  ISTR that there was a hiccough during the build for that release - I guess the PDBs could have got mismatched.  If you put in a JIRA case about it I'll try to take a look (I'm more of a WindBg guy than Visual Studio but that does make the debugging of symbol mismatch is easier)

For the rest, the SP devs have the heads very full of other stuff right now so could you capture this into a JIRA case and we'll make sure it gets cycles applied to it before the next release.
