shib session not accepted for vhosts with different IPs

I'd also recommend looking at the AssertionConsumerService in the SP
metadata: where are clients being redirected to back on your server?  Does
that vhost match the vhost where the session was created?  And as Peter
suggested, look at the SP's native log for further information on what's
happening.
