I'd expect it to work, as we do in fact test against Java 13 for both the v3 and v4 IdPs.

We won't be testing against Java 13 for much longer, though, because Java 14 is now the current release.

Another cautionary note: the v3 IdP does _not_ work against Java 14, due to an incompatibility with Spring Framework. The v4 IdP still appears to test clean under Java 14, but as before we don't actually support that.

A _final_ cautionary note (for now): we expect Java 15 to ship without a JavaScript engine (Nashorn will be removed) so if you're on the "latest Java" track rather than the "LTS only" track there will be additional challenges when that comes out later this year.
