CVENT IdP initiated SSO with TARGET=

Thought that might have been the case after I sent the email. Tested with lowercase target=  and still get the same result.

The target parameter in the made up protocol supported by the IdP for this use case is "target", not "TARGET". URLs abd parameters are case-sensitive.
