CVENT IdP initiated SSO with TARGET=

Tomcat 7
RHEL 7
Java 1.8

Does anyone have any experience with using  IdP initiated SSO to access CVENTS registration page for events. We have SP initiated working for the event planners but CVENT only have IdP initiated for the event registration.

The event registration link is https://cvent.me/OK52z0<http://antispam.csu.edu.au:32224/?dmVyPTEuMDAxJiZhZDRhNjgwODBhYzc5YTE2MD01RUE3MUQyMV85MjUzMV8xNjk0MV8xJiY1MjEwZjJkODRjM2UwYWU9MTMzMyYmdXJsPWh0dHBzJTNBJTJGJTJGY3ZlbnQlMkVtZSUyRk9LNTJ6MA==>

What they originally wanted was to append this URL as the relay state to the IdP initiated URL as below.

https://{myIdP}/idp/profile/SAML2/Unsolicited/SSO?providerId=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.okta.com%2Fsaml2%2Fservice-provider%2Fspgjewbpwdiflcaqxcce&target=&e=5f40792c-981b-4178-aa2b-3b565b44bcc5&TARGET=https://cvent.me/OK52z0

This doesn't work. It authenticates but doesn't redirect to the registration page, just the user home page if they already exist or a 404 error if not.

Now they are asking "Can you please confirm if it would be possible for you to send the Registration links as relay state in the assertions".

Any pointers in the correct direction would be appreciated.
