Ubuntu will be on the "for members" list with Debian once the group working on packaging it produces packages for it going forward. I have no idea when that might be.

If you're trying to find RPMs for Ubuntu, I would have to question why you're using Ubuntu. It is not an RPM-based OS, it's based on Debian .deb packaging. There will likely never be official packages from the project for it, and certainly no RPMs.
Ubuntu 14 is also, I think?, ancient, and I would think unlikely to ever get packages from the community group doing them.
If you want "simple" use an RPM-based system or perhaps a Docker solution with the SP in it on a supported image, and if you want Debian packaging, just use Debian. If you want Ubuntu, I would be, for the moment, not considering the SP.
