opensaml::FatalProfileException

[REDDIMALLI, ANUSHA]

I have configured encryption also but we are upgrading from V3 to V4. 
I might have misconfigured something in relying-prty.xml .
Any examples on how to configure encryption and signing?
I have verified Shibboleth wiki, did not find proper examples there.
