Upgrade from V3 to V4

Your v2 syntax allows provider and defaultSigningCredentialRef.

v3 syntax moves the defaultSigningCredentialRef to conf/credentials.xml and becomes the shibboleth.DefaultSigningCredential bean.

I don't know if the provider attribute made it into v3 syntax, someone else will have to speak about that.

How do I convert above code into V4 (All it has beans). I have searched wiki pages. I did not find replicable  values for provider and defaultSigningCredentialRef. Could someone give example for them?
