Hello Ronish, 

Yes those endpoints should be available when the plugin is installed and configured correctly. You should not have to “do anything” additionally to configure the OIDC profile locations container wise. They are part of the IdP deployment at this point. 

I would review your OIDC config and what if anything you have done with your container deployment. Follow the initial deployment guide to the letter and things should work.
