Logout Messaging

Hello:

I'm confused by velocity -- not really having much experience -- this is a
very newbie question,, and I apologize for that (I am not confident on the
front end -- learning).

If a user accesses a single application, and on SLO-- the following page
'logout.vm' -- after 10 second refresh -- redirects to page with 'Stale
Session messaging' -- how do I redirect to 'logout-propagate.vm' (where
there is messaging from 'idp.logout.attempt')? The 'logout-propagate.vm'
page is reached whenever a user on multiple applications hits SLO.
