Thank you. I found the 2nd one you mentioned. idp.session.trackSPSessions =
true

I made the change on my end and will contact our SP to change the logout URL
on his end. We tried the different SLO from our metadata and I think we are
not using the correct one. 

I'll post back when I get in contact with the SP.
