Azure MFA with Shibboleth

I'm interested in knowing how successful it was as well.  Since Azure MFA
comes with our agreement, we get questions on how we can leverage it with
Shibboleth.  The idea being we'd use Azure SSO for commodity/non-federation
integrations and Shibboleth for federation/academia-centric services.
