I've opened up the draft documentation for IdP v4 [1] to facilitate planning around changes and new features and give more people a chance to find material that needs updating. It's not close to done, but a lot of the install and requirements material is updated. The Release Notes are not close to ready yet, it's just a rough list at the moment. -- Scott
