Hello List:

Our University does not import the full InCommon/eduGain metadata - per the
privacy commissioner -- and services are enabled on approval.

We recently enabled CILogon -- when users access via IdP from our
instituition, the  message was below was displayed on CILogin.

Could a kind soul describe in as 'layperson terms' as possible on what
required on the IdP side to release -- for an overworked sys administrator
that looks after the IdP as 10% of FTE.
