Collision generating in-memory relay state key

Hi, I've seen some of these in quick succession accompanied by shibd
temporarily disabling a memcached server. This setup uses 3 shibd instances
connecting to 3 memcached instances (Amazon ElastiCache). Can anyone
provide insights on whether this is significant? Network issues could be
unrelated
