Shib + Kubernetes rollingupdates

All the images I've seen are running shibd and httpd in the same container.
I haven't tried to create my own yet but if I was, I might try running
shibd and httpd in separate containers but still in one pod.

As an example, here is the supervisord.conf file from the TIER packaging
and they run cron, httpd and shibd in the same container. I think this is
the current state of things. Someone will hopefully correct me if it is not.
