Errors seen in shibd.log 'replay detected of message ID'

Thanks Nate. We have enabled 'DEBUG' level in our logs. We need to wait to
see errors. Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce the errors with the test
accounts provided for the same ADFS system.
We don't think pressing browser 'back' is causing this kind of errors,
although not 100% sure about this.
