httpd attributes not mapped to AJP request for applicationId

Hi Scott,

Thanks so much for your reply!

We need 2 different entity id's, and 2 sets of Metadata, and we wanted to
avoid running a full second instance. As far as I understood that's the use
case for ApplicationOverride.

Or is there a different option?
