Yes, you arrange with Hobsons what attribute will contain the needed user id, and that is all they need. Integrations I've been involved with have used EPPN. And note that the entityID changes when Hobsons decides the Starfish metadata (certs) need to be updated. That was every 2/3 years, but perhaps the "2019-2024" implies a longer time period now before the next update. But that is one reason to consider using a RegEx in the filter release rule, or you need to remember to update that entityID the next time they decide to update the metadata.
