Error after Upgrading to Shibboleth v3.0.4

Aside from -t to check the configuration, which I can't imagine is going to matter since nothing changed with the configuration handling, there are no other answers you're going to get. Core dumps can be loaded into a debugger to get stack traces and you can file a bug, that's about it.
