SP 3.0.4 IIS module and handlerURL processing

Thanks, Scott. I know how to deal with this in the application code, I just wondered if there was a better way to do it in SP config without using an application override.

Having an application handle it with redirects and passive checking, basically. Otherwise, no, that's about the only use case for overrides left, until there's time to come up with some way to automate a new login request based on a static access control rule failing.
