LocalMetadata SAMLtest transition issue

Think I got it.  New configuration:

<MetadataProvider id="SAMLtestFolder" xsi:type="LocalDynamicMetadataProvider" sourceDirectory="/home/mdupload" cleanupTaskInterval="PT30S"/>

I hope that's right, and if so, thank you and Peter so much for all the help.
