Shibboleth-Apache HTTP server- not loading mod_shib_24.so

Sorry, I didn't get you fully. Can you please help me understand this?

I could see X509 block in Metadata file shared by IdP team and have made
shibboleth point to self-signed certificate and key as well. Is this what
you meant to say?

Pardon me if I it doesn't make sense in this context.
